- Introduction
Welcome to Easy Switch Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which we provide our consultancy and switching services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Easy Switch Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts as an independent Third Party Intermediary (TPI) and consultant. We introduce businesses to a wide range of utility and service suppliers including energy (electricity, gas, water), broadband, and telecoms. Clients (“you”, “your”) enter contracts directly with suppliers — Easy Switch Ltd is not a supplier.
- Our Services
We provide:
- Supplier switching and contract renewal support
- Portfolio management for multi-site businesses
- Bill validation services
- Access to competitive tariffs for electricity, gas, water, broadband, and telecoms
We act as a consultant and intermediary. We do not supply utilities ourselves.
- Client Responsibilities
- You must sign a Letter of Authority (LOA) before we act on your behalf.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relating to your usage, existing contracts, and business details.
- Prior to receiving an LOA, we can only rely on the information you provide. Once an LOA is in place, we may request information directly from suppliers where we have a partnership.
- Fees and Commission
- Easy Switch Ltd charges no direct fees to clients.
- We are remunerated by suppliers either via an introducer’s fee or a commission (uplift) included within the rates provided.
- Contractual Terms with Suppliers
- All supply agreements are contracts directly between you and the chosen supplier.
- Business energy and utility contracts are not subject to cancellation rights or cooling-off periods.
- Once a contract is agreed (including future start-date contracts), you are legally bound, even if a cheaper tariff becomes available afterwards.
- Easy Switch Ltd cannot cancel or amend your supplier agreement. We can liaise with suppliers on your behalf, but responsibility for contract terms lies solely with you and the supplier.
- Duration of Engagement with Easy Switch Ltd
- By using our services, you agree to engage with us for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of signing our LOA.
- You may cancel our consultancy services by email to admin@easy-switch.co.uk, but this does not release you from any binding supply contracts agreed with a supplier.
- Limitations of Liability
- Easy Switch Ltd acts solely as an introducer and consultant.
- We are not responsible for:
- Supplier performance, billing errors, price changes, or service outages.
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from supplier contracts.
- Any decisions you make based on information we provide.
- Our role is limited to facilitating introductions and consultancy.
- Our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law (nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so).
- Data Protection and Privacy
- We process client data in accordance with the UK GDPR and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
- Data is securely stored for the duration of a valid LOA and only used for the purposes of consultancy, switching, and supplier liaison.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Amendments to These Terms
